This project is a 3D artistic experiment that translates two-dimensional decorative language into a spatial landscape. Taking the centrally symmetrical structure of the ancient Chinese Baoxiang floral pattern as its point of departure, the work expands the order and layered logic embedded in flat ornament into a form with depth and scale.

 

Through 3D modelling and rendering, and by reimagining the traditional incense burner, the project constructs an Eastern fantasy environment that sits between object, architecture and altar. Rather than reproducing historical forms, the work transforms traditional visual elements into a space for contemplation, exploring how two-dimensional patterns can unfold within digital media into larger narratives and ritual-like experiences.
